Raymundo C. Roxas, Regional Manager for Luzon
Bong joined the MABS Program in January 2004 as training coordinator. Barely a year in the program, Bong was promoted as MABS Regional Manager for Luzon. While holding that post, he led activities and initiatives that supported the microfinance operations of participating banks in the Luzon region.
